In 2011, we set out to create a gluten-free crust that lived up to our original recipe. After many trials, we perfected a dough that’s light, flavorful, and just as satisfying. Now, you can enjoy any pizza or even a gluten-free calzone. We also offer GF focaccia rolls, Italian GF pasta, and desserts. We absolutely loved this spot. My wife has to eat gluten free and there were SO many options for her. The gluten free deep dish pizza was great. Crust was buttery and crisp. We also had the Aegean salad and it was super fresh. We will definitely be back here anytime we are in Chicago.

My favorite pizza is thin crust but since we are visiting Chicago, we had to try a Chicago style pizza. The pizza was delicious, Flavors were on point. I love that the edges were nice and crunchy. We also ordered boneless Buffalo wings and we agreed that it was the best we've ever had. Bonus.... the ranch to dip the wings also is amazing!
