Donation Guidelines:

• All requests must be sent through this page at least four weeks prior to your event date. 
• Phone, email and fax requests, as well as last-minute requests will not be considered. 
• Optionally, you can attach a written request on your organization's letterhead to this message. Accepted file formats are .PDF and .DOC
